Our most important Green Goods Value is to stand behind all of our products. We have chosen the highest quality, made in U.S.A. products for you and your family.
We offer 12 hour a day / 7 day a week customer service. You can expect a call back in 2 hours or less (typically within 15 minutes).
Any defective or damaged item will be replaced at no cost to you, or we will issue a full refund--Your Choice! Items, unless defective or damaged, can be returned or exchanged at the customer's expense for 30 days, if you are not fully satisfied (excludes bedding items, please see below for our bedding return and exchange policy). Please e-mail us at email@example.com to let us know what the problem is and we will assist you with the return/exchange.

Our Warranty Policy on all Organic and Green Cotton Bedding and Mattresses
Everything you purchase is hand crafted with the finest materials. We seek out the best fibers, great fabrics and offer you superior finished goods.
All of our bedding products have been crafted with the utmost care. Each piece is hand-made, one at a time, to ensure the quality that you demand and the uniqueness that our customers have come to value.
There is a 30 day grace period for returns of our products. A 20% restocking fee and the freight cost back to the NJ plant will be applied on all returns. Custom orders are not returnable. A 6% cancellation fee for all cancelled orders will be charged to the customer. Since Federal Law prohibits the return or exchange of bedding, once our bedding products and/or mattresses are slept in or on, the cannot be returned. We guarantee that every bedding product is free of manufacturing defects and we will repair or replace, at our option, any such piece within 30 days. Green Cotton, Organic Cotton, and Virgin Wool all have a natural odor that will dissipate in several weeks to several months.
Proper care is essential for the longevity and comfort of a mattress, as it is for most quality pieces. Care instructions are provided with every mattress and we urge anyone with questions about care to call us at any time. Improper care or use of your product may invalidate this warranty. With time and use, a mattress will become firmer and the cotton may settle according to the size, shape and sleeping patterns of the user. This is a normal occurrence and in no way reflects a manufacturing defect or a compromise of our warranty. Any and all warranty claims, must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and submitted by the original purchaser. These warranties cannot be transferred to any other party.
